 This app takes a different approach to mindfullness. We don't teach you to meditate. We don't even track how much or how often you meditate! Instead, we want to focus on mindfullness as you go about your day. We create a way to log details about your body, breath and mind that build on meditiative practices. For example, to build off of a common practice called alternate nostril breathing, we created a way to log which of you nostrils is most active. You can log that information any time, and see your history to see the activity of your nostrils affects your body and mind.
